Don’t go there. Bad and immature client service, they ripped us off $100. We got scammed for $100 in total. We booked two rooms at check-in for $240,52 each, including a $150 deposit. Upon checkout and a few days later when we got refunded we received only $100 per room instead of the $150 as was told. After contacting the front desk a very not polite man looked into it and offered to take an additional $50 per room (100$ in total) off our credit to refund it later on, ‘just in case we really wanted the refund so bad’. He doesn’t belong in hospitality. He wouldn’t let me finish and can’t feel with the customer on the other side of the line. Congrats to the lady at the front desk checking us in, you ripped us $100 off.

Most likely the worst possible 3-star stay in Vegas. The neighborhood is bad, creepy characters always around and inside the hotel. The lobby is small and smokey. The smoke goes up to the rooms even if they are smoke free. The rooms are barren, carpet seems dirty and not cleaned well, I found some gummy bears around where it was easy to spot and pick up. There is nothing that is not nailed down. No coffee or tee set, water bottle, mini-bar or a micro-wave anything that a 3-star hotel should provide. The only amenity was an empty fridge there that was useless due to the lack of everything else. The room will not be cleaned or turned-down unless you specifically ask for it. In-fact I stayed in 2-star hotels that had better amenities than this one. I cannot say much about the Casino itself other than that it is small and miserable. I am not sure why people will stay here. I got fooled by the nice marketing photos that the hotel produced, but my room looked nothing like that. The only positive thing I can say about the room is that the view to the pool was nice and that it had a lot of space (that I didn't really need) Another reason you want to avoid Silver Stevens is the Internet. The hotel provides free Internet however you, as a guest, get the same internet as any of the free visitors which is limited to only doing emails or sending texts. Nothing else works. If you want the "fast" Internet, it will be $10 a day, also phone reception is pretty bad in there so basically if you need Internet - Do NOT stay here. Lastly, the location - it's not really close to anywhere. There are a couple of decent restaurants across the street, but anywhere else you will need to drive or walk over 20 minutes in a dirty street with questionable characters lurking on every corner. I'm writing this review as a service to the public - do yourself a huge favor and stay somewhere else.

Stay away from this dirty, dingy, totally unacceptable accommodations. Room was dirty, smelled and good thing I was by myself. I see couples here. What a joke. Take your woman or Man elsewhere. I would have rather stayed in my car. I still haven’t received my security deposit. Any other hotel gives it back same day. Stay far away from this place. Got a players card and had Zero comps when they advertise up to $150 on your card when you sign up. Place is an absolute joke. Also my Tire Stem covers got stolen. Security said never heard that one before. Well Get up off your 4 point of contact and be seen. Stay away seriously.

For what it’s worth (and it doesn’t seem to be much), I’ve been a regular customer of Silver Sevens for 3-4 years now. I’ve always been impressed with how nice the rooms are here relative to a lot of other Vegas hotels. In particular, I’ve valued how clean and comfortable my rooms have been. When I arrived for my most recent stay, I was excited to learn that our room had been upgraded to a suite, and at first really enjoyed our accommodations. That all changed while sitting on the couch snuggling my sweetie and she suddenly got a panicked look on her face and started to move away while pointing to the wall behind me. I turned, expecting to see a daddy longlegs or something and instead saw a scorpion about two feet away from my shoulder. I reached for a boot and executed the varmint. We were both pretty rattled and extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to address it with the front desk, they blew me off (pretty embarrassing for me in front of my lady friend), telling me that “oh, you must not be from here… those things are as common as roaches here…good thing you didn’t see one of those” and “we can send someone up to the room to spray some stuff.” When I asked about some compensation or discount for our discomfort, we were told the hotel wouldn’t do anything for us. I’ve since learned the the critter I was dealing with was likely a Bark Scorpion, highly venomous and far more dangerous than a cockroach! Again, as a repeat customer who has never in the past complained about a single thing in this hotel, I have to say I was disappointed. There are lots of other choices in Vegas, so I doubt I’ll be back.

I’ve stayed at this property on 2 separate dates this past week (one pre-Thanksgiving on trip to see family and one night on my way back). My first stay was great. Great room albeit a bit loud with upstairs neighbors having a “loving” evening. Great check in experience with a very nice gentleman. 2nd stay…not so great. Front desk at check would barely interact with me let alone raise her eyes to acknowledge my existence. Room, was ok but heater not working (and Vegas was having frost warnings) and when turning off so cold air wouldn’t freeze me out the air kept blowing even after hitting off button. The next morning I awoke and went for coffee at around 730a. I acknowledge I am not the most presentable in the morning so I grabbed a hoodie and covered my hair that was all askew. Frustrated to find the shop that sells coffee was closed. I went to front desk and greeted representative with a very nice “Good Morning”. Instead of a friendly “hello” or even a return “Good Morning” - I was treated like a criminal and scolded to remove my hood in hotel and casino. I obliged and asked if there was any place I could get coffee. She reluctantly advised me I could get one at the bar. So, me any my morning head went to the bar. Apparently I looked worse than I imagined because it took some convincing to get the cocktail waitress and bartender to believe I was a guest of the hotel and not a street person looking for a free drink (and I was willing to pay anyway). This hotel has a lot going on for it, but customer service and appreciation are in need of serious adjustment. Any positive feelings I had after my first stay here were quickly dimensioned after this last stay.
